Dr. Karen Gundrum graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree and attended Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine to complete her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.  She was a practice owner for many years and decided to sell her practice to spend more time with her growing family.  Since then she has worked at several area veterinary hospitals.   She lives with her husband, two children, Great Dane named Georgia and she houses many special chickens.

Dr. Karen started a house call practice for those that would like to own pets, but have limited time or physical abilities that would hinder them to bring pets to a practice for routine visits or non-emergency sick visits.  She truly feels that pets are family, and service like in home Euthanasia can be more private and peaceful when all involved are in the comfort of their own home.
